Signature Fee

• $10 per signature

Our notarization fees are compliant with California Government Code 8211 which allows notaries to charge a maximum of $15 per each notarized signature plus a travel fee, which is separate from notarization fees. These fees apply to the following documents: All Purpose Acknowledgments, Jurats, Oaths, and Copy Certification by Document Custodian

Travel Fee

• $30-Montclair, Oakland, & Piedmont
• $35-Alameda, Albany, & Berkeley

Waiting Fee

All signers must be present with proper identification and documents in hand at the time of the notary appointment. After waiting 15 minutes, we must charge a fee of $1 per minute.

Returned Check Fee

A $25 returned check fee will apply to all returned checks.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept cash, check, PayPal, and all major credit cards. Invoices are available to business clients.
